Copyright & DMCA Policy

We respect the rights of creators and rights holders and expect our customers to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Our commitment

We respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. Where a notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material concerned as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, take action against accounts responsible for infringement.

2. How to submit a notice

Send your notice by email to support@iptvuk.fast with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Please include:

Your full name, organisation (if any), postal address, telephone number and email address.
A description of the copyright work you believe has been infringed.
A description of the material you believe is infringing and enough detail for us to locate it (for example channel name, programme, date and time, or URL).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

We will acknowledge your notice, normally within 2 working days, review it and act on valid notices without undue delay. If your notice is incomplete, we will tell you what further information we need.

4. Counter-notices

If material connected with your account has been removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your contact details, identification of the material removed, and a statement, made in good faith, explaining why you believe it was removed in error. We may share your counter-notice with the person who submitted the original notice.

5. Repeat infringers

We will suspend or terminate the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others or breach our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. False or misleading notices

Please make sure your notice is accurate. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to liability.
